Simple, straightforward
from start to finish.

No lengthy onboarding. No jargon. No hourly rate surprises. Just fast, professional help for your legacy system — with a fixed price agreed before we start.

Four steps to
a rescued system.

We've designed every step to be as low-effort as possible for you.

01
Tell us about your system

Fill in our short contact form or call us directly. Describe the problem or what you need in plain English — no technical knowledge required. The more detail you can give, the better.

02
Free assessment call

We'll arrange a short 20–30 minute call to understand your codebase and requirements. We'll give you an honest assessment and a fixed-price quote — no surprises, no obligation.

03
We get to work

Once you've accepted the quote and paid the 50% deposit, we begin immediately. We work remotely via secure remote access, or on-site if needed. You'll get regular updates throughout.

04
Tested & delivered

All work is fully tested before delivery. We document everything we've changed and provide handover notes. Ongoing retainer support is available after delivery if needed.

What people usually ask.

Do I need to provide the source code?

Ideally yes — it makes everything faster and cheaper. If you don't have it, let us know and we'll discuss options. It's not always a dealbreaker.

How do you access our system remotely?

We use secure tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, or connect via your own VPN. You're always in control and can disconnect at any time.

What if the problem is bigger than expected?

We always flag any out-of-scope issues before doing extra work. Nothing beyond the agreed quote gets done without your written approval first.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit when you accept the quote, 50% on completion. Payment by bank transfer. An invoice is provided for both payments.
