We'll arrange a short 20–30 minute call to understand your codebase and requirements. We'll give you an honest assessment and a fixed-price quote — no surprises, no obligation.
Once you've accepted the quote and paid the 50% deposit, we begin immediately. We work remotely via secure remote access, or on-site if needed. You'll get regular updates throughout.
All work is fully tested before delivery. We document everything we've changed and provide handover notes. Ongoing retainer support is available after delivery if needed.
Most issues resolved within 24–48 hours. Call us directly for urgent or emergency jobs.

We use secure tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, or connect via your own VPN. You're always in control and can disconnect at any time.
We always flag any out-of-scope issues before doing extra work. Nothing beyond the agreed quote gets done without your written approval first.
50% deposit when you accept the quote, 50% on completion. Payment by bank transfer. An invoice is provided for both payments.
